The Use of Nogier Frequencies in Food Preparation

Dr. Paul Nogier discovered a set of basic frequencies that have profound effects on the cells of the body. One of the implementations of his research is in the form of LED devices that are pulsed at the seven fundamental Nogier frequencies. That is, the use of pulsed light to directly impact the cellular structure.

One of the more interesting applications of the Nogier frequencies via pulsed light is the use of the light to impact the cellular structure in foods. While the evidence is entirely anecdotal, many people report that the quality of the food is improved as measured by feelings in the body after eating Nogier-stimulated food. The basic technique consists of placing the food on a clear glass dish like a Pyrex pie plate and placing the plate above a Nogier LED pad like the one shown at the right. Some people prefer to put the clear glass dish above the food and put the LED pad above the food to avoid putting excess weight on the LED pad. Among the effects reported are increased energy and detoxification.
