The first rung
of the ladder of
energetic
accomplishment
is
Inspiration.
For the moment,
let's assume
that you have
been
sufficiently
inspired to
accomplish
something. The
second rung is
Intention.
This is a
critically
important step.
You may be
inspired to
achieve either
large or small
things. It could
be as large as
making your
first million
dollars or as
day-to-day as
putting on your
shoes. All
actions should
start with
proper
intention.
Proper intention
is much more
than "making up
your mind" to do
something. That
is an activity
of the
word-thinking
mind and really
is not what
proper intention
is about. Have
you ever noticed
how far the
distance is
between wanting
to do something,
making up your
mind to do it,
and actually
getting it done? True
proper intention
is closer to
what the
Buddhists call
"mindfulness".
This mindfulness
is intense
awareness of
what you are
doing and why
you are doing it
in a self-reflective
process. The
essence of
mindfulness can
be seen in the
Japanese Tea
Ceremony, where
each movement is
carefully and
precisely
performed with
proper
intention.
Proper Intention
is critical in
any type of
activity with
energetic
devices. Many
people would
comment that
everything is an
energy device.
That is
certainly
correct, but for
the moment lets
just consider
any device that
you are using
with the
Inspiration to
accomplish a
specific
energetic
purpose. This
might be the use
of a Crystal
Mandala or
Serpentine
Pyramid to
energetically
charge water. It
might be the use
of 8ight discs to
restore balance
to your energy
or give you
additional
energy. It
might be an
acupuncture
needle to use in
treatment. It
might be a
particular piece
of crystal
jewelry. These
types of devices
are literally
"tuned" by
intention. They
will take on the
energetic
information
signal from the
combined mental
energy of the
people who are
involved with
them. That means
that if you or
other people
express
negativity in
relation to
these energetic
tools, they will
begin to reflect
that negativity.
It is critically
important for
you to consider
where energetic
tools are made,
who made them,
who
distributed
them, and the
community of
people around
them, even
before they got into your
hands. The
energetic
intentions of
those people
impact the
tools.
Setting
intention
properly is like
building a
muscle. Doing
one repetition
of an exercise
will accomplish
very little. You
need to do
several
repetitions over
long periods of
time. In the
same way, proper
intention
involves being
mindful about an
activity over
and over again.
This is the
basis of
spiritual
rituals. When
you are about to
take an action
mindfully be
aware of what
you are doing
and why you are
doing it. For
example, if you
are about to
place 8ight
discs on the
recommended Lung
points on the
chest, then
mindfully say to
yourself.
These
discs are
being
cleared of
any negative
energetic
information
that they
may contain.
Nothing but
positive
energetic
information
comes from
the discs
and into my
own energy
field. I
place them
on the Lung
points in
order to
give me
greater
energy and
to balance
my Lung
meridian
energy for
my best good
and to
strengthen
my lungs and
my immune
system.
Anything that
increases the
intensity of
your mindfulness
may be added.
For example, you
may wish to burn
a little white
sage to help
clear away any
negative energy.
If you like, you
may ask for
assistance from
the angelic or
spiritual beings
that you prefer.
Doing this every
day will bring
incredible
energy to your
proper
intention.
Daily
affirmations are
another powerful
way to set
intention
properly. A few
examples are.
I open
myself to
all positive
energetic
information
from the
Universal

This
information
will
harmonize my
physical,
emotional,
mental, and
spiritual
energetic
bodies.
I am worthy
to always
receive
health and
happiness in
abundance.
You can easily
begin to set
intention
properly with a
few simple
steps.

the
affirmations
that you
will say on
a daily
basis.

the proper
intention
statements
for the
activities
you
undertake on
a routine
daily basis.

Every
morning and
evening say
the
affirmations.
It may help
to look in a
mirror.

Every time
you
undertake an
action say
the proper
intention
statement.
The key to
success is to be
focused and
mindful. Do not
simply
robotically
repeat the words
you wrote down
while you are
hurrying to
watch a
television show.
Take your time.
Feel the energy.
Change the words
a bit if the
energy feels
right. This will
make a
remarkable
difference in
your life and in
your ability to
successfully use
energy tools.
